Awaiting offer letter from company. For assistant consultant, 9 YOE, MEAN stack
From my current CTC, 57% percent hike. they agreed for 22lpa.
Is this salary is correct for the designation as per market?
Check how much is your Quarterly Variable Pay and forget about it. TCS would pay around 40% of it, if you are lucky. If I am not wrong, your basic salary would be very low so that they don't have to contribute much for your PF (12%). Please don't join TCS. You will not see any growth in your financial situation. Keep it as the very last option.

Yes. They will not pay the full quarterly variable for all 4 quarters. You may get 40 - 50% of what is mentioned in your offer.
Can you clarify again? How much are you about to get in total?? If it's 22LPA, Man it's too low ball.
Yes I thought of getting it as a backup and starting offer to apply resignation..
