I went through a surgery with my own and paid the bills, now i have to claim the amount. Do we need to submit hard copies also somewhere? Or just online submission is sufficient?

Online is sufficient but in case they ask for physical copies, you may send. For now soft copies are sufficient. If you have not already intimated them about the surgery, then you might have to be prepared for additional deductions.

Ok thanks, inhad intimated by the way, but when I submitted the claim, there was mention to drop the copies to tcs location, so got confused
