TCS D Band and salary reduced.
Guys please share whatever step you have taken for this , so everyone gets aware of the same and follows.

Update:-----😎😎 I have connected to my reviewer and asked for the justification that Even after having a good IPF rating 4.1 why I was awarded with the D band. She actually doesn't have any idea over it she just blindly gives some excuse like..
Excuse 1:- She told me it's based on my last project rating and this yr IPF if it is less than 3 5 then only you have received a D band. And it's system generated.
ME:- calculated it and it's around around 3.9 I show it her.now she don't have any answer.
Excuse 2 :- some time your IPF gets decreased as the system doesn't take decimal values. For 4.1 it will be 4 ..etc
ME:- in such a scenario should take a higher value not lower or the closest value. Like if it 4 for 4.1 then it has to be 4 for 3.8..etc
And you have to inform me before doing any ups and downs.
Excuse :- she took a back and understood that I am not going to take such an excuse and asked me to write an email to her with all the tasks I have performed in the last 1 year including the last project.
ME:- Jackpot....I have collected all data and appreciation emails from the customer and senior leadership team and sent it to her.
SHE:- ohhh ...i will validate all data and then will update you....
Me:- Super Spy mode activated..i checked with my last project 2 days after and he told me I haven't received any such communication, and assured me if something comes up he will take care.
Today I finally received an email that they are going band revision and submitted my case to the unit owner for approval

Before the band gets declared released from the project, My manager has given a good IPF rating around 4 and even he was released from the project. Connected with reviewer who don't have any idea about my IPF rating and don't know why I have D Band.

Facing same problem here. no one has proper reason for giving D band to me and they don’t know why I received D band

Resign and move on. Why continuing in an abusive forced marriage?!

Update :- Got an email from unit HR mentioning my reviewer to have a discussion and update why I have been awarded the band and shared an update with MOM.
A Senior HR is also the part of the email. ...

Did anyone have a call with a reviewer regarding band rejection..??
