We have 4 leaves ryt Felexi - this will be reduced once the time comes Sick Earned and if u have this then they will pay for it Casual -it will be reduced no payment if we have also right

So i just want to know how they will consider this sick leave

Because I have more sick leaves so if I'm not taking will they give money for this or this is also waste only

Some truly knowledgeable person guide me I m planning to go out of the organisation so I need to utilise this leaves without wasting
