Policy paralysis will sink the TCS very fast... Immediately after the result they started giving warning with time frame to ppl reporting RMG. This CEO is only creating the policy after policy.... Be aware....
Nothing will happen to TCS. The lazy associates are getting terminated and skilled people are changing the jobs by getting good packages. Tcs is hiring many people with low packages. So tcs name is loosing its brand image however there is no lose for tcs and it’s running more then 100+yrs.

Nah but instead he will do a bit similar to what steve balmer did with Microsoft leading to the poor performance impacting its revenue until Satya Nadella came in and set things to the right path but here we already had one who did a bit similar like Satya Nadella in TCS maintaining the company's position and dominance so does a better revenue plus employee satisfaction until a twist that took when he discussed his new plans with management which rejected instead of supporting which i think would be the reason of his departure and getting a CEO who is more like Steve Balmer whom we have already seen in Microsoft managing the same back when he was CEO
Agree, but difference between tcs and microsoft is that microsoft had its own exclusive products like windows and office which continue to sold anyways as users don't have many options, plus microsoft spend huge sone of money for r&d as well for future projects. Contrary tcs provides IT support teams to companies which business is already going downhill. Further there are now mid level IT startups which are snatching projects from tcs by bidding lower and have better quality engineers as they pay more, giving hybrid work and flexible office hours. Where as Delivery quality is the last thing any project is care about in tcs , most is about internel politics, promotion and cost cutting. Even currently they are forcing people to resign not based on performance, but not working on base location, not sitting on office for 9 hours, sitting on bench and silly things like that. They are making people leave who can leave, and people who can leave are the actual once who used to do actual work on projects, people who won't leave are most of those who can't leave either because of personal problem else are unhireable elsewhere. TCS is currently not of engineers company but managers company, managers have taken them hostage for there self interest, they will derail any policy against there intrest. Reason why I believe there is no bounce back for them after this
