#TCS, I have been following for resignation acceptance mai in Tcs but hr is on leave

Hr is not responding it has been more than 70 days since i drop papers. Please help me what should i do and whom to contact

70 days is too late. Connect with your supervisor and ask what's issue and check what's status in ultimatix- italent? If needed loop HR's manager, HR head, all the persons in hierarchy.
