#TCS I am on notice period my last month RTO is less than 60%, my manager is telling that he is extending my notice period, Please guide me

Put your boxing gloves on , don't do one inch of work, escalate to higher hr and higher management. Don't give up, if you fight then they will leave you. Else send a legal notice to hr about the reason to extend lwd. Then they will keep quiet.

Why is he extending your notice period? You already decided to move out so if your last date is set then you don't need to extend it unless you have some reason for it

No one can go against company policy...if your RTO was low then you will not / did not get the right variable pay. So why increasing the notice period. You can also take legal action against the company for changing company policy rules based on their own benefits.

If you have leaves apply leaves else Notice period can be extended if you are notcoming to office else you can buyout.

How many days are remaining in your notice period? Did your manager told you via email or verbally? Did you get any email communication from HR?

There is no way they can extend your notice period. Don’t worry…

If you have applied more leaves then sometimes it will be or else they won't.

Revert to mail looping hr saying .. I have resigned on so and so date and my last working day will be so n so . And inform hr to raise separation and confirm . And also mention you cannot extend beyond that date in any case . Be clear on dependency part as well and if any kts needed tell them you will provide before 2 weeks
