
#TCS I am on notice period my last month RTO is less than 60%, my manager is telling that he is extending my notice period, Please guide me

Put your boxing gloves on , don't do one inch of work, escalate to higher hr and higher management. Don't give up, if you fight then they will leave you. Else send a legal notice to hr about the reason to extend lwd. Then they will keep quiet.

Then you are good. Just keep chill and don't give in to your manager's tantrums. No one can extend the notice period , just act like you don't exist and move. If possible try to swipe in a few days for the sake of it.

No one can go against company policy...if your RTO was low then you will not / did not get the right variable pay. So why increasing the notice period. You can also take legal action against the company for changing company policy rules based on their own benefits.

Revert to mail looping hr saying .. I have resigned on so and so date and my last working day will be so n so . And inform hr to raise separation and confirm . And also mention you cannot extend beyond that date in any case . Be clear on dependency part as well and if any kts needed tell them you will provide before 2 weeks
