They are not addressing the problems we are facing. Unallocated employees are being required to travel 70 to 90 km every day and remain idle for 9 hours, despite the availability of a nearby branch for reporting. Additionally, we have been informed that employees who do not report to Adibatla will face disciplinary action. Moreover, we are not receiving any project calls, making it impossible for us to be allocated to any project. This situation is unfair and unreasonable.
