TCS HR policies is fake

As a new parents there is policy for non-birthing parents to take care of the child till the child is 1 year old but I got only 15 days WfH ,I sent them medical prescription of my child health as well but it seems like they made police’s to entertain client and showcase how TCS is a mahan organisation but in reality they r doing nothing 😂😂😂😂.anyways best option is to move on .why depends on TCS
