Tcs HR called & informed joining will be delayed....

I was to join in mid sep, 2025. However today HR called to inform that onboarding will be delayed as the project is not started. Anyone received such calls who were expecting joining?

Bro.plzz reconsider your decision to join Tcs since my frd was fooled by tcs hr like this...she gave hime offer lettere doj etc evrything as days started approching she called gave some bs reason like bgv issue we cant see your company name in our portal(he did clear bgv but they claim he did not)
