TCS HR
I am having a very bad experience with all Tcs HR whether it's project specific or HR at the time of joining. I am feeling like escalating them all. They don't respond , after multiple followups even if they respond it would be unsatisfactory. Is this feeling same with others?

The best thing to do is to escalate to the HR Lead to whom your HR is reporting to. I once did it when one of my friends had trouble with the onboarding process. He was put in the dark for quite a while and I asked him to escalate to the senior HR guy and within a day's time he got the communication from hus HR.
That is very less likely to happen I would say. If at all it does, you can still reach out to the person he/she's reporting to. Or else, you could somehow pull the contacts of some other HR personnel of the same level in the organizational hierarchy for a follow-up.
The thing is, just try all possible ways to get a response.
I'm not sure if it's going to do you any good if you ping them on LinkedIn or mention them on social media posts. But usually mailing them should work. If mail doesn't work, I don't know what will. I really hope you get a response soon. Provided the situation, if I were you, I'd have already gone for other opportunities.

I once annoyed a hr by asking specific questions which he cant say yes or no. He called and responded to the query.
