TCS HIS Window Q1 FY 25

I have added my mother and father as beneficiaries in TCS HIS 2-3 years back. But now the records aren’t reflecting and domiciliary amount is also showing 0₹ balance instead of 6k.

Have I missed anything like renewing ? Or will it reflect in upcoming days?
