TCS HIS policy

With this year TCS HIS policy seems to be worse, like they say cashless is available but with it is time for discharge they would reject it and make us raise a reimbursement claim which again deducts 10%. And apart from it There is a copay also which will be deducted for every claim. Did anyone face any issues in this year HIS ?

Cashless is available only if we intimate 72 hours before any hospitalisation. Copay of 10% is introduced this year and yes, copay is deducted even in the post hospitalisation claims as well.
