Hi Team , I joined tcs april 2024 in grade c2 , I am in project . Am I eligible for hike as per the recent revised salary notification ? Any idea team ?

You are eligible for an annual appraisal only in April 2026- Mar 2027 cycle. So, in May 2027 if not delayed

Since anniversary hike was stopped for lateral you won't be getting increment this fy but from next fy you will be getting based on your performance band.

IMO you won't receive hike this year. April is just a bad timing to join as you only completed 11 months at the end of appraisal cycle.
