Make sure to get an x-ray copy, I was asked for an x-ray copy. My claim was rejected due to it.

this will fall under domiciliary claim - you xan uplaod relvantb bills n reports and uplaod on portal

Just keep the bills for medicine and process in place. also make sure the medicine bills has GST
