TCS Health Insaurance After Resignation/Leaving

What happen to my medical insaurance after leaving TCS, where my wife, kids and senior citizen parents are insured? Can this be continued as personal health insaurance, if I keep paying the premium? If yes, then what is the procedure to do that?

I think you get a choice to work out with insurance company and make it retail policy instead of corporate. Premium would be higher but still benefits might be same.

I have seen somewhere that employee can continue it. Hence confirming if anybody have such experience or not. 🤔
