TCS has started micro-management 🙁
I swipe in in the morning and then come back home. I connect again when my shift starts at 2 PM. But last week, when I went to swipe in, security informed me that management has asked them to collect the employee ID and details of anyone who just swipes in and leaves. Looks like TCS has started micro-management 🙁
Not surprised. Alot of people have been doing this but me personally I dont see an issue.
This organisation says they need to cut cost. The best way to do that is give WFH and close unnecessary buildings. Infact just turn off power and they will save crores of rupees.
They can implement a 1 week in a month or even a quarter policy.
Now alot of people would say X number of people would not work and be lazy, but this actually helps. It shows the weeds and they can just weed these folks out. But yeah most of these weeds are the ass lickers or the upper management so they wanna force this WFO.
Right now TCS is bleeding talent loss. The reason is mainly these shitty rules and crappy peanut pay.
Because of this WFO policy many people including me have already resigned
