Very good..... They are now trying to get back at people who are bench warmers.... This should have been introduced long back... Just imagine...people at Manager and above also are sitting on benches for more that 3 months.... I could just not imagine the salary that they are taking for just simply reporting to office, while we have to struggle day in and out for a meager pay that to without any increment....
