Trending @Cognizant; TCS has given 7% max Hike ( 5 Rating ) to there employees. From cognizant can we expect the same or more.

It would be more or less the same
CTS is not a trend setter more of a follower
If other companies offer less hike CTS would do the same
It just follows the trend doesn't care about employees

Wring news.i know people who has got 10-11% hike in TCS. And in CTS max will be 9% who are top performers
