I am an experienced professional, I had cleared TR and MR. Received a mail to upload documents - done. HR calls me for salary negotiation, sent salary breakup - (after asking many questions about hike percentage and base pay, pf, LTA etc) accepted. mail sent to HR. BUT I see current status as "interview evaluation in progress" also HR doesn't respond to my call or mail. My question is, will there be Chance to reject or should I wait for offer letter?
Firstly Congratulations. Please wait for the offer letter. They take time to process. They don't reject at this point

Okay this is how it goes in my opinion most companies aren't releasing the offer before 72 hrs of your LWD, this might be the case for you from TCS.
Now what you have to do, don't consider anything final until you receive an offer letter (even from TCS) because people have reported they usually shift DOJ at end moments. Hence try to look for some other offer and if you get better than TCS, go for that, and even if you want to join TCS, get the offer from another company and create pressure on TCS to release offer
Same happened to me . I escalated to hr who was there during my tech interview process. Then got response.
I would say if it takes more than a week then please don't wait, because I had faced similar situation and I didn't get a response from their side and it's been 9 months since I joined a new organization and still no response.
You will get offer letter in few days mostly.
