TCS! = Growth.

I am convinced that as far as I stay in TCS, there will be no growth. My brother recently promoted to Team Lead in infosys. We both have same year of experience.

If I will ask for promotions here, despite having A bands they will say "your seniors will get promoted first and then you will". Don't get me started with the bengali bias. I am in TCS kolkata. They will deliberately favour bengali people be it, extra responsibility, or rating. Even they distribute gems among themselves lmaooo.

In the project where I am working this holds true. Don't know about other projects. They intentionally award themselves or the people who are boot licking, boot lickers belong to one state which is WB.

Gems doesn't signify your worth your skills will pay you more than gems get skilled n move on from this company.

In our floor in bangalore office there is 1 team where all ppl are Bengali, amazing how they didn't find 1 single person native kanada speaking person with the talent required for the job 😅

I am not lying, in my project they will straight forward put the requirement that they won't accept anyone other than bengali.
