TCS groom - Is it okay?

Got a match for my cousin, groom working for Tcs NY, C4. He claims he is getting 130k as salary and perks. I was shocked to see "perks". Since I never travelled and dont have any idea on salary. Please let me know uf this salary is possible in TCS, US. He went on L1.

Client partners get some money in name of client entertainment nothing else
