1 Resigns in 15 min or we will give a termination letter with bad remark clearcut blackmail 2 not giving 3 month salary also 3 No promotion, No hike, least QVA 4 Salary deduction on the basis of the RTO index 5 35 days bench policy for Layoff 6 transfer without will so that people automatically resign 7 Notice period they make as er there convince ..for some they are releasing in 30-40 days to some they are holding till 90 days 8 Now project management openly say work exta or weekends else it will be bad for you 9 Mandatory RatO even if same floor same team people communicate on teams .

Within so much pressure making employees mental health and Physical health worse..

Joke with this running Care and Yoga session to tell the world we are employed friendly and take care of mental health...

Yes if we resign , they wonโ€™t give anything. More people in tcs but nothing seems like special in TCS. Am staying over 4 years, nothing special. Feel like slave only with low package but everybody want to join in Tcs. This needs to change. Am advising/ requesting to Stop joining in tcs.

Can someone clear a doubt. Will they check and take any action wrt wfo index if I resign. I have a low wfo index in the previous quarter. I have recovered the wfo index this quarter but what actions can I expect if I resign.

I understand that this must be very extorsive for people who has no way out. But it just has been 1.5 yrs for me and i have seen employees playing with their immunity and that had to change so my say is, it is good take for those kind of employees who always wanted to dodge the ball and wanted to do the least and expected to only to show up when they wanted....

I have 12 yrs of experience and this is my 6th organisation and i have not been to such organisation as tcs who has given so much immunity. I am sure people would react that there are bad projects that i probably am not part of in tcs and that is why i am saying it. And may be you are right but employees had to change their behaviour.

Cant accept point 4 as management has clearly mentioned RTO and its impact on QVA. Either we need to follow or leave org.
