TCS gives no hope!

Building on lies is TCS tagline. Managers lie that you will learn a lot HR lies that the project is good RMG lies that your aspirations matter to TCS The hiring manager lied about the JD

After 3.5 years I have regressed and am not suitable and eligible to compete.

Some of it is my fault but I have no relevant experience that is actually marketable.

I learned useless things while dealing with the cursed and toxic mangers and TLs.

They lie that there is a new opportunity coming by the year end and then nothing to keep you hooked to the project.

Salary is peanuts compared to the market and at the end of it all you wonder where it all went wrong. The long notice period makes it a gamble to resign because very few companies want to wait for 3 months for a sub standards employee.

There is no criteria for promotion and salary increase. Completely dependent on the manager's mood.

I have no idea how to proceed except lie about skills that I don't have in an interview.

I don't have anymore hope and joining TCS is the worst mistake of my life.

Upskill, Get Motivated internally, Save Money for 3 to 4 months and Resign and Change Company.. No Risk And Skills then No Reward...
