The only thing TCS had was job security and now it's gone..

Earlier, most people were excited to join TCS, considering it a dream company. But now, many think twice before accepting an offer.
Concerns have grown due to: Job insecurity, Low or stagnant increments, Limited exposure to new technologies, Restricted access in projects, where associates often work with the same skills for years without growth.

This single statement has done a lot of damage, not only just layoff, now people will resign too

For TCS there won't be any difference. For CEO He made money and can live luxurious life. Chairman also can lead a luxurious life. Shareholders will get their money. Employees who are not impacted won't have option except to continue working. The only difference that will be palpable will be for those who are affected. Other than this neither the company nor the CEO Nor the Chairman nor the senior management will not have any effect. They will enjoy their life, since most their child will be already settled

For whole tata group 13 billion profit only TCS is pumping 6+ billion annually and these highly skilled people making life miserable for the people who making such profits. Shame on such leadership. If they don't have skills send them to me

Not at all a difficult call. It's easy for them. But last year their profits are huge, deal wins are large. 2 qtrs changed all ? The leadership team should feel ashamed & quit. When PPL on bench are for 3 months what is rmg / leadership team doing ? Many are not getting counselled & forced to leave.

stop dreaming

The industry has taken TCS lightly. Come back would be difficult. Lot of damage done post which ceo is public reg issues, I think leadership team also take equal responsibility.
