TCS future outlook
Guys, what do you think can be the future of tcs in coming 1 or 2 year given the gloomy results in last few quarters, More and more restrictions on employees, No timely hikes etc, Project pipeline is not great, And most important is employee dissatisfaction at its peak. ONLY GENUINE ANSWERS PLEASE.
My honest opinion. Unless TCS gets next CEO from outside, this company is not going to see FY31.
CXO level ppl have spent atleast 30 years here. They just don't have any innovative spirit left. Just want to make sure that they retire peacefully with all the retirement benefits.
Company needs somebody from outside( who never worked in TCS), to give some shock level innovation dose to the so called senior leadership.
Instead of innovation, hr and higher management are busy calculating office hrs. Focus of employees has shifted from learning new technologies to just maintain office hours and don't be in defaulters.
Gen z somehow bear effect but millennials will be on target. Rapid change in tech will push each one who doesn't have proper experience and market skills. TCS will never be maama's company. Be ready for surprises and shocks.
Agreed. But don't you think even though employees having advanced tech skills but still feel stressed out due to shit policies.
Outside CEO will cut the headcount by 70% !!! Look in the news what Tata Digital's new outside CEO planned !!
