That's unfortunate. I don't understand. Saw few people on bench for 10-15 months. Also saw few people forcefully allocated to projects with zero skills match within weeks.

I know what it will be like. I am also facing the same issues. When my first project ramps down. I give lots of interviews in tcs and after that they invite me to the office for general discussion and when I reach the office. They told me we need someone who has experience in this field. At that time I think I am a fool here who travels for 2 hours in rain and waits for 5 hours in reception to listen to all this. When that manager already knows everything in advance. I don't understand why they do this and make fun of others. After that I cleared the mentioned on calls I am not coming to the office unit I got selected
