Tcs forcing for resignation.

8 months and also not coming to office. .. his main reason is not unallocation
. Not regularly coming to office... This would be a moral for all of us

8 months without allocation and that to not going to the office what he is expecting then ?

I feel this is extreme behaviour from employee side

What he has been doing in last 8 months??

TCS should claim for 8 months salary too from this person.

What do you expect for 8 month salary without work ?
