TCS flexible work arrangement provision

It is for the employees who don't have seats assigned or don't have project ODCs at their base location. I have been using this exception for the last 2 months.

TCS's WFH policy? More like a mirage in the desert. Exceptions? Probably for the privileged few. "Sabka time aayega", remember? What's your take on this?
