TCS Firing
I want to know does TCS fire their employees? Reasons could be like: If an employee doesn’t want to work in night shift. If an employee doesn’t want to come to other location as their manager is asking to. If we don’t listen to them and work according to us like don’t go to office in night shift and all. These are some questions I want to know that on these basis does TCS fire employee? Want serious answers as I’m facing some of these issues.
If you don't want to work on project conditions, then you will be removed from the project and put on the bench. If subsequent projects are also of the same requirements due to unavailability of proper projects then you don't have a choice but to join. Because if you're on the bench for too long, they will stop your salary and if you don't visit RMG then they will block your tcs account. These are some experiences from few friends. Didn't hear about firing though.
