TCS FIRING
I want to know does TCS fire their employees? Reasons could be like: If an employee doesn’t want to work in night shift. If an employee doesn’t want to come to other location as their manager is asking to. If we don’t listen to them and work according to us like don’t go to office in night shift and all. These are some questions I want to know that on these basis does TCS fire employee? Want serious answers as I’m facing some of these issues.
An employee can be in bench / may not be supportive in team/ can get release from project & switch from one project to another ...still can have job security
Once messes with TCS security / HR policy..fired immediately irrespective of what grade they hold... A simple pendrive / using laptop for personal use ... Finishes their career
