Tcs final documents

My last working day at TCS was 30th sep,2025. O have recieved fnf amount and can see fnf document in tcs alumni portal but still do jot see release/service letter. Mail says fnf, service and release letter attached. Please guide how to get service and release letter as I need to show it to the other organisation. Also my separation hr not picking my calls
