TCS Favour Bootlickers
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), despite being a leading global IT services and consulting company, has internal politics that can create a challenging work environment. Genuine, hardworking employees often find themselves disheartened due to favoritism, lack of recognition, and bureaucratic hurdles. This toxic atmosphere discourages talent and hampers career growth, leading many to reconsider their association with the organization. The pervasive internal politics, coupled with inadequate reward mechanisms for genuine effort, make TCS an undesirable workplace for those seeking a merit-based, supportive professional environment.
Joined a year back. I regret my decision to move to TCS. Working on my resume to shift company. Worst office politics till date. People are more interested in pulling someone down. They have stopped soo low that they talk behind my back to my boss.
If something I did was said I wouldn’t have cared about it. They have said some shitty things saying that I said it and bootlicking managers. Which in all honesty I never uttered one word and these idiots play with genuine people.
