TCS expansions plans
What do you think about this ? Stopping our hikes, new bench policy fueling this expansion I guess

Over the years, I have observed that what is stated in the articles rarely aligns with the actual practices in TCS. They often speak about offering salary hikes, perks, and promotions to employees, but in reality, we never received any of these.
They don't need any kind of expansion in indore 60% office remains empty nobody works from office all are swiping card
This is TCS strategy to motivate key resources not to leave TCS because of new policy and simultaneously remove bench resources to expand in these areas. So, in short employees will get nothing. Those who were dreaming when these bench people will leave, allocated people will get full qva, good hikes, etc will get nothing.
These economic times and many other medias bluh bluh many things ,even they shout about upcoming quarter results but when it comes to reality nothing aligns to reality … So ignore these mama medias
