Hi all, my lwd at tcs was april 7 and i have submitted everything and sent the confirmation mail to hr also and paid the due amount too. Its been more than a month but still i didn't receive my documents yet, off boarding hr is not responding to mails and in alumni portal when i raise a ticket, they are closing the tickets by mentioning that IS clearance is pending, we will release your documents once we get clearance. Also in pf portal, they have marked my exit date properly, can anyone had the dame experience pls respond.
