TCS ESU- unit insights

Hey everyone, Is there anyone who is in TCS or TCS- ESU unit or know about it? Recently I have been hired as System Engineer in TCS. After 3 days i get to know that I am in their ESU unit which follows a different ILP curriculum hence named as ILP 2.0 where in training itself they gave us the domain which is CMI and now we have to make the project related to this domain. In between they are taking assessment after each sprint. Like they are not giving us training, everyday they just come and give us task so for the whole day we have to work on those task that's it. They r not teaching but they take take assessments n didn't even give us time to prepare.

So like....is this good????? What should I do now like what insights would you like to give me??
