TCS employees MUST live in office.
When the 5 day WFO was announced, one of the reasons given was "increasing cyber threats". However, cyber attacks kept happening in few major accounts.
Clearly, 5 day WFO is not working. Hence, my proposal is TCSers must move into offices and live there with 24/7 surveillance.
Meanwhile onsite folks r doing WFH or attending important call while driving ( Do this in India and tell ur boss that u r driving for whatever reason)
Onsite folks are saints. They are god's gift to TCS who only work. Offshore folks are expendable. Hence, offshore folks are primarily targetted in fluidity list
Before covid, no work from home, no laptop at all I worked for 8 years like this ..But present employes everyone wants WFH yes to avoid traffic and habbituayed.
Bro now we know how this WFH is important for us and family. Now don't believe on tcs it's going to shutdown soon.
