Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) in TCS? That’s more of a distant dream at this point. The company hasn’t introduced such a scheme yet, and it seems unlikely in the near future.
Even if the change is introduced, it’s probably going to be limited to senior management only. So don’t expect too much if you’re still early in your career!
When evaluating offers, look beyond just the CTC. The total package—including benefits, bonuses, and perks—matters a lot. Sometimes, a slightly lower CTC can actually be better when you factor in all the extras. Look at the big picture!
