TCS email or Gmail

I recently logged into my TCS Gmail on my phone and was able to access Gchat and other applications. However, after changing the password, when I tried to log in again, it showed as restricted. Now, I am unable to access Gchat on my personal phone. I am a fresher; can you help me figure out how to access it again?
