TCS elevator wings

I am a system engineer with 7 LPA CTC, shall I go for learning wings 1/2 competency to get a good salary hike ? Is it worth spending time on it ?

I think it's better to prepare the skills that align for both wings and switching. Almost they have some similarities then go for both options, this is what I am doing.
