Tcs doesn't have audacity to play fair.

Last year as I was laid off(mass). Tcs stepped in and I got the job, My demands were pretty normal upto the market standards they decided to break it so lower but I had no choice to join. I proved myself and the potential from past one year, resulting manager,client appreciation. Everything I did was fine, but it made me more stress about the money what I was currently drawing. They got me in a low ctc and I went underpaid from past one year. Not to complain. But they abide by so much policies and process I feel that's how they loose the good hard working people. If they knew how to keep people right, it was all good from the job side, within a year I have dependency, but at personal level there were nights I was under stress about money,managing things thing how to save more. Alsas more stress and tension kicked in. But I feel I don't deserve to be here. Process driven based on the unfair starting level is unjust, I have interviewed people of prime profile, I know they ain't good. But I having 3+ yoe sitting ok the other side drawing less, always bring in more discomfort. Due to this process oriented , you don't do what's right, but you do what's the rule book says. It's sad that I made so much difference and it all comes down to money. Soon will put my papers.
