

TCS doesn't care for its employees and Even Clients dont
I was forcibly mapped to one of the bank project without my consent and was asked to work from client location as a team member after having 10+ yrs exp and being a team lead last 4 years.
The work is support level work and the client is expecting me to stretch for 12 hours, timings are sharp 8:30 to 5:30 and daily at 5:30 tasks are assigned to me to make sure I stay back late in the office.
Client employees get New laptop and bags, and TCSers are given used bags and laptops there. In cafeteria for eating If anyone takes paper plate they charge 5 rs. They provide no transport for contractors and expect us to reach by sharp 8:30 am. Most of the work is given to TCSers.
Client employees follow hybrid model and We are asked to work 5 days a week. We are asked not to take even unplanned leaves for next 2 months.
The manager himself says the work load will be too high with loads of pressure, you may even cry at times but if you sustain 6 month you can work anywhere.
