TCS document VERIFICATION

If I accept the offer letter from TCS, I need to submit all documents in next 5 days as per offer letter. But I don’t have birth certificate. Is is necessary to upload birth certificate? Can I upload the Birth certificate after 5 days ? Location - Kolkata Anyone who gone through this recently please help Whom can I reach out to for this issue in TCS and by what means ?
