TCS dictatorship reason

Below are the possible reason for TCS's dictatorship. Lets share your opinion

1 . They are forcing 45 hours /5 days working to imprison in office so that you can start upskilling and get ready for market standard because huge amount of fat guys are there in TCS who are far behind than lastest technologies.

2 . We all know what does WFH means.. It is actually Work For Home..so thry are forcing us to stop work for home and engage more to Work for Organization.

3 During corona time they hired huge people to meet large demand and as those implementation is done so resources need to be remove by any means. So more pressure need silent layoff.
