Which one is better among TCS, Cognizant, Deloitte - in terms of job security and Work life balance ?

Heard a lot about CTS Silent Layoffs and extreme Work pressure at Deloitte.

Blindly join deloitte, you will thank me after few years. Regarding, WLB there is no guarantee and is project specific, you could be screwed in TCS/CTS as well work wise so why not go with a better brand (not to mention yearly hikes at deloitte are way more than WITCH companies, plus handsome variable pay)
