Tcs delaying for release initial release letter
I completed my notice period before 2 days still I have not received the initial release letter and HR told me that it will take time as some clearance is pending. Now tcs access is already revoked and I am in confusion what to do now. ..
ask her what clearance are they looking for
He is not answering properly.. he just keeps saying I am working on it . Give some time
do you have your hr email or some other email to escalate, please mail to them as well

Check in ultimate most probably your resignation is not yet excepted from your manager or HR other wise once you drop the resignation mail you are supposed to to get with in a week a resignation acceptance mail and after that a mail with LWD
I have a resignation acceptance email. And HR told me that rules are changed for IRL,they are not providing any release letter after LWD.
Drop a mail and get the confirmation becoz in your new company that will be a must needed document and I had HR connect on resignation couple of weeks back nothing like this came up there
