TCS Delayed the joining date
My TCS joining date was 6th of November and current organisation last working day is 31st October.
Today is received call from HR saying joining is delayed to January, giving reason as Project got delayed and not providing any compensation or bonus leaving me with 2months without pay.
Any suggestions please?

Tcs won't even give peanuts. Stay in ur current org by withdrawing resignation or look for other opportunities
This has been a habit of TCS now. Last year I joined and they had delayed my joining by 2.5 months. I had no other option but to wait. They informed me after I had resigned. This year also I am hearing the same from my friends who are about to join.
I would suggest ask for compensation as full salary else take legal action by taking some more people.
