Tcs culture
In these two years at Tcs, I've learnt that most of the people who don't leave the company are either waiting for onsite opportunities or got comfortable working here. Since this company is one of the biggest companies in terms of number of employees, there is so much politics. No one cares about what you do, even if you're highly recognised from client side, your manager doesn't even wanna know about it. How is your experience in Tcs? I've written about mine, please let me know if it's not like this for you.
Same as you bro, all the same observations. People here either got too comfortable or became less skilled according to the market or just waiting for onsite. In my case n project client don't give a shit about us they just want their work to complete. We complete our work before timelines and production releases always happen on decided time and date but our client never give any appreciation to our team. However good work we did doesn't matter to managers and tcs management. So after all these things I finally resigned can't work more in a company who gives a hike so low that it can't even cross the inflation rate. Trying my best if I can get something better.
WLB on a toss ...working in 12-9 shift leaves no time with family moreover traffic commute eats up 1.5 hrs. I don't understand why folks living in India have to suffer for the work they do for their us counterparts. They are happy in their lives working 7-4 while our lives hav been made miserable by our folks working 12-9.
Exactly, the problem is with Indian mindset of working super hard even at the expense of personal time and space. We are destroying the community by working over time, you'd never see a US employee working over time, you can see sometime but very rare. The reason they hate us is because we are already ready to go any work, any time, we ourselves are disturbing the culture

Mgmt is senseless, knowledgeless, hopeless, brainless, feeling less and full of politics & bureaucracy. Reason is they dont know anything about technology and neither they want to learn.
People who don't leave can have their own reasons for not doing so. Who gives anyone the right to judge them? Whoever wants to leave are doing it at their own will and based on their priorities in life same is the case for those who want to stay. So stop criticising and being judgmental.
No one is criticizing anyone's decision here, I think you should first read the whole thing first before commenting.
