In my case with 13.45L as CTC getting 98k and 1.16L quarterly

It depends on grade if c2 and below you might get more or less full if it’s above c2 then forget 1-2 lakhs it will go in quarterly pay. Tcs salary structure is bit different the variable pay is paid quarterly it will be around 20% of the package in your case it will be 3 lakhs. 12 lakhs will be paid monthly. 3 lakhs will be divided by 4 and paid quarterly. Monthly salary will be around 70- 80k based on taxes
