TCS creating a toxic environment.?

Other companies focusing on growth and transformation and the TÇ$ are only focused on how they can exploit and torture their employees. Current Management is the worst till date,if Tata code of conduct is implemented seriously in tcs, then these Executives are in the first line to be kicked out. But sadly there is no Ratan TATA and this company is no more ethical. So work hard on skills and leave this firm ASAP!!

Yes absolutely these company is going to dogs one day because of the toxic culture and boot licking associate and worst form creature called manager and blood suckers

Yes they are harassing bench people evn if we work 3 yrs they are not giving 30 days time forceful resignation
